From Monday 25 September to Friday 29 September eight students and two lecturers from Barking and Dagenham College, Klessheim’s partner college in London, are visiting Klessheim on an ERASMUS+ mobility project.
Nine Klessheim students with their teachers went to London in March earlier this year. Now, Jon Pratt, Curriculum Team Leader, and lecturer Kelly Mackenzie of Barking and Dagenham College are on their return visit. Along with Klessheim students the British students are attending both theory classes and practical classes here in Klessheim.
One of the highlights will be a typically British Afternoon Tea, which the British students will be preparing for their fellow Austrian students and their teachers. The programme will be rounded off by an official farewell dinner as well as a guided walking tour through the city of Salzburg.
The next group of Klessheim students will be going to London in February 2018.
